Production Operative / Packer
Location: Wrexham
Job Type: Full-Time, Temp to perm
Pay: £12.60 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday – Thursday: 7:00am – 5:00pm
- Friday: 7:.30am - 2pm
About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a well-established, family-run packaging company based in Wrexham. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in manufacturing and logistics.
You will initially be involved in packing coolants, with opportunities to progress into other areas of the business, such as operating box-making machinery.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain machinery (basic level)
- Pack and prepare products for distribution
- Perform manual handling and regular lifting
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in your work area
- Meet daily production and quality targets
About You:

- Focused on quality and efficiency
Previous experience in a production or warehouse environment is preferred but not essential. Full training will be provided.
