Hours of Work: Monday - Friday 0800-1700

Our client in Wrexham is seeking an experienced Supply Chain and Logistics Manager to lead and optimise operations in this dynamic role. Join a family-owned company at an exciting time of growth and innovation.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance logistics and supply chain operations.
• Manage procurement, transportation, warehousing, and distribution across multiple sites.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (production, sales, customer service) to ensure seamless coordination.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers, carriers, and third-party logistics providers.
• Monitor and analyse KPIs to improve supply chain performance.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Optimize inventory levels while minimizing excess stock across sites.
• Cultivate strong relationships with suppliers and external partners.

• Qualification in Supply Chain Management preferred.
• Proven experience in logistics and supply chain management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements, particularly HMRC regulations in the food industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Xero software is a plus.
