Job Title: Administrator
Location: Wrexham
Pay rate: £11.50
Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm (30 mins paid lunch)
Contract: Temporary with potential to permanent

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive General Administrator to join our client's team and support their daily operations.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, efficient, and capable of handling multiple tasks with ease.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to various departments as needed.
  • Communication: Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
  • Scheduling: Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and managing calendars.
  • Data Entry: Maintain and update databases with accurate and current information.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, including GDPR and data protection regulations.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
  • Proficiency in Sage, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
