Pay rate: £11.50
Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm (30 mins paid lunch)
Contract: Temporary with potential to permanent
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive General Administrator to join our client's team and support their daily operations.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, efficient, and capable of handling multiple tasks with ease.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Communication: Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Scheduling: Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and managing calendars.
- Data Entry: Maintain and update databases with accurate and current information.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, including GDPR and data protection regulations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
- Proficiency in Sage, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
