Position Title: Industrial Cleaner
Location: Chester
Hours: 40 hours per week
Monday-Thursday: 06:45-16:15
Friday: 07:00-11:00
Salary: £21,263 annually
Position overview:
As an Industrial Cleaner you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and safe working environment. You will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing our manufacturing area and shower facilities to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Key responsibilities:
-Perform cleaning tasks in the manufacturing area, including sweeping, mopping, and removing debris.
-Sanitize and disinfect surfaces, machinery, and equipment regularly.
-Clean and maintain shower facilities for employees, including showers, sinks, and restrooms.
-Restock cleaning supplies and notify the supervisor when supplies need replenishing.
-Follow safety protocols and guidelines while performing cleaning tasks.
-Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate department
Requirements:
-Previous experience in industrial cleaning is preferred but not required.
-Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and their safe usage.
-Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and hygiene.
-Willingness to follow safety guidelines and protocols.
