Freight Customer Services Administrator
Remuneration: £18,000 - £22,000
Location: West London
A Freight Customer Service Administrator is required for a dynamic Freight company. Based in West London, the remuneration will include a basic salary of £18,000 - £22,000. (depending on experience)
This role of Freight Customer Service Administrator is an exciting opportunity for a logistics and freight professional from a Customer Service background. You will work within the Export Team, arranging shipments/deliveries, invoicing and other import functions to ensure excellent customer service.
• Daily communication with clients
• Order processing
• Customs entries
• Accurate upkeep of records
• Develop communication channels with relevant internal departments
• Customer query resolution
You will be experienced within Customer Services and have knowledge of international logistics which includes exports by Air, Sea and Road. You will be self-motivated and able to work as part of a dedicated team Proficient IT skills as well as being a strong communicator via email and other the telephone. Flexible to working shifts and weekends
